With extensive experience in sales, marketing and distribution in the tech sector, Michael Douglass serves as the Chief Business Development Officer for Bōdee Organics. He oversees the company’s sales efforts, identifies strategic partnerships that support innovation and drives efforts to expand the company’s distribution channels.
Michael is acutely attuned to the CBD industry, consistently finding new ways to diversify Bōdee Organics’ offerings while remaining competitive in a fast-growing market. Forging and nurturing close business relationships, Michael’s role is critical in the pursuit of new growth opportunities while expanding a loyal customer base. He takes a strategic approach, constantly aligning business development activities with the company’s short- and long-term vision.
Prior to his role at Bōdee, Michael served as Director of Global Account Management at a major original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in the storage industry. He was responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans as well as regional annual operating plans, among other strategic responsibilities.
Prior to his role as Director of Global Account Management, Michael spent more than 15 years in the semiconductor distribution industry, holding various executive sales and marketing management positions. During this time, he honed and refined business development, leadership and communication tactics that have become integral to Bōdee expansion plans.
Michael spent six years in the United States Air Force, where he majored in electronics and later went on to complete two years of college at Feather River Community College.
